The only problem we had is the ac didn't work in our room. We didnt notice until late when the room didn't cool off, so no time to switch rooms. Other than that the kids in adjacent rooms could be heard which was frustrating. Everything else was great.

Bed was very comfortable. The pool was Nice but lots of kids. The breakfast was great with yummy eggs fried and boiled, bacon, waffles, pastries, toast, apples, and juice. The lobby had fresh lemon water that was very refreshing!
