Very updated, nice, clean rooms and facilities. Only Reception/Bar/Restaurant staff, Melissa very nice and accommodating. She a all rounder on the property. Nice pool. Only request is to install railings to get in and out of pool. We had to assist 3 patrons out of the pool. Need more deck chairs and no mention as depth of the pool. Very nice otherwise. Happy to come back again

Very friendly and helpful welcome, room very clean, however a bit dated but good for the money. Will stay there during future trips to Ulverstone, as bed comfortable and fresh.

Parking out the front is great, clean inside with good linen, convenient restaurant onsite, had a great Parmy with cold beer. A good stay, would stay again.

I asked when booking the room if there was room for my friend that has a walker, that she could get into the bathroom and shower ok. Well she couldn't get into the toilet with walker and couldn't have a shower. No room. Also the parking outside the room was terrible. Couldn't park in front of the room when we came back from our outing. Trying to get out of the park was very hard.
