Welcome to Unit 101, a luxurious first-floor condominium featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This unit is highly rated and offers a stunning outdoor terrace overlooking beautiful Willow Park. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, a Wolf dual-fuel range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf microwave, and Bosch dishwasher.

The spacious living room boasts walnut hardwood flooring, designer furnishings, and a limestone-surrounded gas fireplace. Entertainment is provided by a 55" flat-screen TV. The living area includes comfortable seating with American Leather sleeper sofas known for their exceptional comfort, featuring a memory foam mattress and no metal frame.

The primary bedroom showcases a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a stone top vanity, a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass Euro door, and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The adjacent secondary bathroom features a stone top vanity and a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs.
