Room was large and well appointed with king bed. Great city view. Ample bathroom had good shower. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with option to order some prepared items. Fresh orange juice available - Valcencia oranges, of course! Staff was welcoming and professional with good English skills.

Overall a nice hotel, room was good size and comfortable bed, with helpful staff, but the hotel itself is close to nowhere really, 15 mins walk to a metro station, 15 mins walk to the city, so not the best place to have as a base for seeing Valencia. Local restaurants all seem to close Monday-Wednesday, so dining options quite limited also if you're staying mid-week. If visiting Valencia again it's unlikely we'd choose this hotel again.

The room was spacious and clean. There isn’t a lot of dining, shopping or sight seeing right outside the hotel. But if you’re ok with walking or taking public transport you can be at any tourist locations within 10-30 minutes

Room has sewer smell. Then they gave another room, which they charged us an upgrade price because they did not have a similar room. Just looting the guests from overseas. New room also smelled of seeer, but less Will never stay there. Location was good I promise you, they will charge for an upgrade

It was raining and the tooms next to us flooded, the hallways were soaked and we had to walk through wet carpet. Worse: I left my iPad. When I called front desk they have it but will not send via DHL. They insist I get DHL to pick up which our Barcelona hotel says is ridiculous. I have had both DHL and the other packing service call them and they insist those companies send a package for them to put my ipad in, but all companies say that is not how it should be.. devising . The hotel is actually fighting with the transportation companies who are besides themselves at the terrible service.
