There are many restaurants nearby. It’s convenient to eat or shop. It takes several minutes to subway station. But the price is high, 270 USD in summer.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out they offered a shuttle service to the cruise port. This wasn't advertised so I'm glad I asked about getting to the cruise port when I checked in. I wasn't so pleasantly surprised when the shuttle driver demanded payment in US funds. But, it was convenient.

Need a more visible sign on shuttle to airport. We were looking for a sign that said Grand Park Hotel and missed it the 1st time. Had to wait over an hour at airport and it was very late. The hotel looks well built and designed but they are letting it get run down.

Not worth the price.

Breakfast was better than nothing. Steak Fettuccini at hotel restaurant was ok. The steak had a lot of fat in it. Rooms had two full size beds not queen but hotel advertised it can accommodate 4 per room. Not really. Next to airport and if planes are departing to the east expect loud departure thunder.

It was fine. The scent you have throughout is very strong and gave us all a headache. The ice maker on the 2nd floor doesn’t work. The initial person who checked us in was very nice. I went back and asked a question, she was rude. Checking out the gal was rude. Others, it was fine.

The location is great and this isn’t the girst time we have stayed here. 30min walk to the richmond night market and 10min to the mall. Great restaurants nearby. The cons: the room was dirty. Things just weren’t cleaned appropriately. The windows were smeared and there were head prints as if someone pressed their head against the glass to look out. The toilet was disgusting. Just use a brush and clean it properly. The shower needs a good recocking. Otherwise the bed was clean, which is the most important thing. I recommend the hotel uses a different air freshener in the hallways. It is too strong and musky smelling. Definitely not pleasant. Staff was friendly. Surprisingly there was a complimentary cold breakfast but it really wasn’t worth it. Juice, muffins, cereal and yogurt. Bananas were always gone.

Satisfactory

It was a quick overnight stay as our flight got in late. Bed was comfortable, room was satisfactory. However, the complimentary breakfast was a mess. More help was needed to keep tables clean and food replenished. This area was a disaster.
