The day I checked in , the front desk staff booked us for our airport shuttle because it was included with my booking,but the following day when we checked out. The night staff told us that there was no booking for our airport shuttle so we end up paying for a taxi on our own going to the airport.

The staff was very very courteous and they were very helpful. We could not reach the shuttle bus service at the airport and so we took a taxis. When we arrived at the hotel the desk employee offered to reimburse us for the fair. We we were pleasantly surprised! They happily stored our baggage for a time after we checked out. This was helpful. All staff were very pleasant.The hotel is just steps from a large mall and good restaurants. I would stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the room—it was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were also fantastic: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

If your looking for convenience back and forth to the airport might not be for u. 30 mins interval for the shuttle but we waited 40 minutes in the airport. Was so bad that another driver from another hotel who was saw me a 2nd time (his 2nd trip to the airport already) called the driver of our shuttle tonpick us up. Tried to call the hotel for update but the phone line just went on loop for 10 to 15minutes. When wegot to the hotel mentioned this to service desk all they said was they got busy. The shuttle also services 2 hotels and grand park is 2nd on the route so it takes longer to get to the hotel.
