We arrived at 7:30 a.m Cesar allowed us to check in at this time & upgraded us to suite. He was very professional, courteous & kind. This was not a holiday trip but a medical trip & his kindness & consideration made it so much easier. From the doorman to the cleaning staff it was a 5 star stay.

I was disappointed that the gym was closed for repairs while I was there and I wasn’t notified ahead of time. I pack carryon, so had I known ahead I could have saved some space on gym shoes and workout clothes! They offered the use of the Sheraton Wall Centre down the road, but it was freezing and snowing - to walk in gym clothes or pack clothes to change into when I got there, plus my parka and all the things…it was not convenient when all I’d brought was business attire for meetings. I’ve stayed at the Sutton many times and the gym/pool area DOES need a reno, but otherwise I really enjoy the Sutton for it’s cleanliness, the rooms are great, and its location and proximity to places to meet friends for dinners after a day of meetings.

Beautiful hotel with great customer service,however, in an unsafe part of town room had a little bit of musty smell to it and could hear guests in the next room, adjacent to us coughing and talking.

This Property was a great stay despite some small issues we encountered , when we checked in we got assigned a room and it was locked we could not get in and had to get security to come up and help and after 20 min when we got in it was the wrong room type so then had to go downstairs and get a new room , the second night we wanted to go to the hot tub and we scanned our key multiple times it wasn’t working so we waited at reception for 10 min and they told us we need a different key for the pool and when we finally go into the pool area the hottub was down for maintenance aside from these things the room was great and the hotel is in a great location where you could walk to pacific centre and to good food places , I would stay here again as I have stayed here before with my family.
