Most hotel rooms have a fridge to store food. This one has one but stuffed with different drinks, no room for guest’s food or drink. Hotel will charge you if you take out anything.

The staff was friendly, professional and quite accomidating. The room was clean and comfortable. The property’s location was convenient and being in the downtown core, close to many hotspots. I would go back when I want to splurge on a trip to Vancouver again.

Rooms were great, clean & the bathroom was one of the biggest in a hotel I’ve had. People outside at the entrance were so friendly. Pool is quite small, seemed dated & you have to walk through the lobby to get to it. Location was great.

Lovely hotel. It is reminiscent of the grand hotels of the past. Our check in was very quick and smooth. The restaurant, Boulevard, had nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. There is both the indoor seating as well as nice patio seating in good weather.

We were impressed by the hotel the moment we pulled up. The service with our luggage was impeccable, check-in was fantastic. The room the wonderful, clean with all the amenities you could need, the bed was a dream to sleep in.
