Missed the connection flight thus can’t check in on time, called the hotel and confirmed with the front desk staff that I can be checked in the next day morning anytime when I arrive, the room will be ready. But the next day when I was there around the morning, the front desk staff said the check in time is 2pm and the room wasn’t ready. I explained again and told them I paid for two nights and I supposed to check in last night so the room should be ready. But they insisted that the room was not ready and we had to wait so long, kid was tired and frustrated. That is not acceptably since I called the night before to inform them the time I will be in.

Hotel was situated in a great location. Its 5 minutes from the train station. You can not here outside noise - which is a plus!! Food options are in walking distance. Hotel front desk staff was nice. No one ever expressed to us, the key card controls the functions inside the room. So if you're not use to this -- please ask the front desk!!

Lovely hotel

The location is excellent for the bus and train into Venice. Rooms are lovely and public space are beautiful. Breakfast choices are endless but go early as the hotel gets a few coach parties. My only critique is you need to ask reception for more coffee and milk for the machine as it is not replenished.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It is about 5 minutes' walk from Mestre Station where we can took regional train to Santa Lucia. From Santa Lucia station, we can go to Saint Mark's Square by boat. Hotel room was clean and if reasonanle size. Staff are friendly and helpful.
