My stay was ok but below expectations compared to other 4-5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. First, I paid for breakfast for 2 but it was for a buffet only option which only had scrambled or boiled eggs. Therefore, if you wanted an omelette, egg whites or oatmeal for example, it came with an extra charge. Secondly, complimentary water is only for your 1st night stay. In my experience 4-5 star hotels don’t try and nickel and dime you for everything. I can go on but my point is, provide a decent breakfast without the extra charges and basic water should always be complimentary.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the ladies how checked us in to the bartenders. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the train to get to Venice & the bus that takes you directly to the airport. Our room was clean & spacious and although the train station was right outside our window, it didn't disturb our sleep. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Venice, Italy.

The room & hotel was very clean, staff were very courteous & helpful... Almost all spoke English. The buffet breakfast was excellent with great selection & very good coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff service was below expectations and not very helpful. No ice dispenser in the room so you couldn’t get ice for your water and you had to go down to main lobby to get ice from the Bar and they would only give you 2 small glasses that would last you ONE DRINK!! Absolutely awful….. they don’t provide bottled water except for the first night and after that they expect you to drink the water out your back sink faucet…..NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! Will not use this hotel nor will I ever recommend

This property is very close to the Miestre train station to get you to Venice in 10 minutes. Excellent location. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice. Elevators are fast and efficient. Rooms are small but ver adequate. Will definitely stay here again.
