This was a great base for a few days in Venice. It was quiet, clean and central. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was quite stuffy and airless, but that is our only criticism.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It was very affordable for Venice and I love the lively area with great things to see but away from the crowds of San Marco. Staff were quite friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Room was small but clean and comfortable with a cute balcony. The only downside third floor with no lifts but that’s not unusual for Venice. Would stay again.

Even though the room is small and shared bathroom is of course less convenient, it's very quiet and comfortable, with everything I need. In an expensive and crowded city like Venice this is very good for a short stay. Very close to San Toma waterbus stop, also not a long walk from Piazzale Roma and the train station.

Il posto è molto carino, vicino a tutto (beh, come a qualsiasi cosa a Venezia), e ha molti buoni posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. Le uniche due cose che suggerirei che potrebbero dover essere affrontate sono: 1. A volte la doccia passa improvvisamente all'acqua fredda e poi torna all'acqua calda. Immagino che sia quando altre persone usano la doccia 2. Puoi sentire cosa succede nelle altre stanze (almeno la coppia della porta accanto si stava divertendo), cosa che so che sarebbe molto difficile da affrontare, ma in generale era ok 3. La luce di emergenza nella stanza ha una luce verde molto brillante che dava un po' fastidio di notte, quindi forse trova un modo per coprirla un po' in modo che sia più buia nella stanza A parte queste piccole cose, il soggiorno è stato ottimo

Awesome and my family enjoyed it!

Breakfast was great. Service was nice and pleasant. Great front desk staff. Secure. The location was awesome. Clean. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great and hot. Cleaning service was so friendly. This is a very great place to stay with a great staff. You can not beat the location. We stayed in room 30 and it was very spacious for 5 people.

Nice hotel with breakfast included

It was a very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious with big windows. No elevator which was to be expected. The breakfast was good in the morning. Cant go wrong with Cappuccino and pastrys in the morning! Decent location. Bit far from everything but again its never easy with the amount of walking and how much luggage you brought. I probably wpuld have chosen either closer to the train station next time just to keep our walking with our luggage to a minimum.

Family owned property thats offers basic, safe lodging for good value. The breakfast table is outstanding! The location is away from the usual tourist neighborhoods but the nearby waterbus is 10 minutes from Rialto or St. Marks. Dorsoduro neighborhood.
