Mi diapiace ma per me è no!

Struttura datata,a conduzione familiare, gestita "all'antica", arredamento vecchio ma pulito. Dista una mezz'ora a piedi dal mare, meno di 10 minuti in macchina.Unica nota positiva: l'ampio parcheggio coperto! "A sorpresa" mi sono trovata ad alloggiare in una stanza con bagno esterno...che scomodità!(nella prenotazione non era specificato, altrimenti avrei evitato). Servizio colazione non incluso, frigo nella mia stanza non funzionante e segnalato più volte senza però aver mai ricevuto intervento per diversi motivi. Ho alloggiato 4 giorni nella settimana di ferragosto ma per il servizio che ho ricevuto (solo pernottamento) penso di aver pagato uno sproposito! Non basta l'indiscussa cordialità dei proprietari, ci vuole un po' più di efficienza, dinamicità e presenza per soddisfare i clienti. Consiglio di apportare un tocco di modernità, soprattutto riguardo alla reception/assistenza. Se non avete particolari pretese o esigenze forse potrebbe fare al caso vostro, io purtroppo non posso lasciare una recensione positiva per questa struttura.

Hotel rivelatosi meglio delle aspettative. Consigl

Hotel e trattamento rivelatosi meglio delle aspettative. Hotel in posizione centrale, comodo x la stazione, fermata bus e il centro di torre del lago. Alla spiaggia occorre andare comunque coi mezzi, a piedi sono almeno 3km. Parcheggio interno gratuito e coperto. Ho soggiornato nella camera 18 che ha un letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, aria condizionata che funziona molto bene, frigorifero, tv, armadio 2 ante e bagno. Bagno con doccia e bidet. Il bagno è un po sacrificato, ma comunque va bene. La doccia ha la tenda, ma con acqua calda perfetta. Un grosso appunto va fatto al letto con materassi a molle da buttare che non fanno riposare benissimo. La struttura è molto datata ma pulita! Gli asciugamani x il cambio bisogna buttarli in terra, altrimenti non li cambiano. Esterni alla camera ci sono una lavanderia con lavabo e fili per stendere. La privacy e il silenzio vengono fatti rispettare dalla proprietà che è molto presente. Si entra e si esce, non sfugge nulla! Molto cordiale la proprietaria. Altro appunto e che non si può pagare con carta di credito, ma va bene il bancomat. È una struttura che comunque consiglio vivamente. Non bisogna solo andare credendo di trovare una struttura moderna. È datata, ma veramente funzionale.

Struttura pulita e ariosa, camere grandi e enormi spazi comuni. Parcheggio comodissimo. Privacy ottima e personale cortese e con atteggiamento famigliare. Struttura basica ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Ideale per w.end di mare.

Hotel con buone potenzialità

L'hotel sarebbe carino e si trova in ottima posizione centrale ,a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalle fermate bus x la marina ,Viareggio e il Lago di Massaciuccoli. Il personale è garbato e disponibile ,l'atmosfera è familiare. Avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione in più a livello generale.

Weekend a Torre del Lago

Per trascorrere un fantastico weekend a Torre del lago cercavo un alloggio non molto lontano dal mare, ed eccolo qua. Ottima la posizione ed ottimo il parcheggio interno.Si potrebbe dare una ritoccatina alla stanza, ma alla fine mi serviva solamente per dormirci. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Buon prezzo, senza pretese, centrale

L’hotel va benissimo per brevi soggiorni ed è concorde con la classificazione in stelle. Le stanze sebbene non moderne sono ampie e dotate di aria condizionata e frigo. La posizione è nel centro di torre del lago e il parcheggio privato è comodo. Consiglito per brevi soggiorni senza pretese

Ero pronto a dare un giudizio mediamente positivo a questa struttura, benchè vecchia e malconcia, era comunque a buon mercato e relativamente comoda grazie al parcheggio. Peccato per tutto il resto. Dopo un check in senza problemi ci siam trovati, ad un giorno dal check out, a dover discutere con il padrone che sosteneva che dovessimo ancora pagare. Riteneva di non conoscere il sito hotels.com e che la nostra prenotazione fosse stata fatta con expedia e quindi non pagata. In realtà avevamo dimostrazione di pagamento tramite paypal, ma nemmeno sapeva di cosa stessi parlando, sosteneva di voler avere una ricevuta cartacea (nel 2018). Alla fine ci ha fatto una strana fattura a zero euro, dopo discussioni interminabili (sinceramente in vacanza non cerco discussioni). Se non mi fossi lamentato cosa avrebbe fatto? Ma con altri clienti cosa fa? Si fa sempre pagare due volte? Se si fan contratti con aziende di prenotazione online....direi che almeno si deve saper accendere un computer. Davanti a se aveva solo scartoffie, sembrava di essere tornati nel 1950. Non ha fatto altro che lamentarsi dei disservizi dei siti di prenotazione online: "Mi scusi, ma il vero disservizio lo sta dando lei al sottoscritto, con le sue scartoffie e la sua incompetenza".
