Quick 1 night getaway

We love this hotel. Continues to be our go to favorite. Our only complaint was the slower than typical service in the restaurant. It seemed they were short staffed.

The property is very nice. Rooms are generous and clean. Wonderful views. My issue is with the food quality at the snug pub. The last few times I’ve travelled here food was mediocre- not what you would expect from a property like this. Pre pandemic it was great! Faro has great reviews locally, but I have not personally tried it. Mineral pools are a nice touch. New sauna is fantastic.

We've stayed at Oak Bay twice and have enjoyed both stays. Faro is excellent. The rooms are cleaned well, spacious, and quiet. We enjoy the mineral pools area. We do recommend an additional attendant for the mineral pools area as chairs/tables were not cleared in a timely manner. Service is otherwise great around the property. We will definitely return when visiting Victoria.

This is a wonderful and luxurious getaway with close proximity to Victorias city centre. The staff throughout the hotel were caring, attentive and polite. Spa services are excellent with attention to the smallest of details. Our whole stay was amazing, so much so, we cannot wait to return.

Customer service was wonderful! The lobby was beautiful. The pool location is gorgeous, overlooking the ocean. I really liked the heated bathroom floors and the Nespresso machines. The bath products smelled good and were lovely. The bathtub was perfect, with good back support.
