Staff were very nice and professional, place was clean. However, the room was pretty run down, couldn’t control room temperature, only two bath towels provided, the people in the room next to us were pretty loud all night.

The room was not bad the bed pillows could use up grading there was previous damge to the bathroom door would have thought that wolud of be been replaced before the next guest other then that the room was clean and comfortable

I will never stay at the nugget if i have to stay in the tower. Elevators were not working half the time. Buttons, arrows didn't light up. The carpeting was raggedy. For the price we paid i was very disappointed. pillows were lumpy.

Ok place

We reserved a room in the atrium tower. Paid a bit more thought it was gonna be better. We couldn’t believe the bathroom faucets. I could literally lift the entire hot cold and nozzle off the counter.

We booked a king suite for good money and got a double queen that looked like it belonged in motel 6. The shower was either ice cold or hot due to a broken fixture. Our toilet paper had absorbed a considerable amount of brown liquid and was left for us. When i complained i was told not to worry the charges are the same for both rooms followed by a very long silence..... i hung up and wont go back.
