Horrible place! Never again!

In 25 years traveling I don’t think I’ve stayed at a worse hotel. The carpet in hallways is very dated, dirty and old… like 90’s. The room is old with no iron, fridge, microwave, not many outlets, low light and with problems. I got to a COLD room at 11pm and found out the thermostat or something was out, the toilet wouldn’t flush and it stunk. Do better Wendover Nugget! It was so bad… I challenge the mgrs and/or owner to stay in that room tonight. Never again!

The elevators both sides did not work so dangerous push floor four takes you to the lobby push for takes you to parking lot one look at all the reviews. The last three months everybody complains about the elevators shower barely works carpet in elevators and room. Awful waited 30 minutes to order food I could go on and on just look at the reviews from everybody else

Rooms look nothing like the pictures. First the elevator is absolutely busted and ready to fall on you at any moment 1st room there was BLOOD on the mattress and pillow.. covered up by dirty hairy blankets. We took pics and went down to the front desk and the guy said "what do you want me to do about it" (jude) my friend said "well what type of review do you want?" And that got him to switch us rooms. 2nd room had pee stained mattresses. Walls falling apart No rain fall shower head Carpet peeling up Noisy No fridge Broken tv It was unreal and we spent as little time as possible in there NOTHING like the photos

The shower had mold all over it. They only had two towels so that if you need to wash your hair my spouse would have to use a wet towel.The elevator floor carpet was filthy. The curtains in the room didn’t close completely. I was very disappointed with the elevator only one working you had wait for ever. The guest check in employee was very friendly and took care of us. But the condition of the room and the building was not well maintained.

Avoid this place at all costs - sleeping in my car would have been preferable.its dirty, rusty fixtures, lumpy bad pulled and mattress but worse? Woke at 4am with a large, black ominous spider crawling on me! The maintenance guy on duty had the nerve to say "we're an outdoors hotel". Huh? And while I agreed to pay for one of the two rooms I prepaid for, I've yet to see the promised refund of night two - as I understandably left to seek shelter elsewhere. Do not stay here!

I signed up telling them I needed Pet Friendly & Breakfast Well I checked in they said they didn't see that so they gave us 2 rooms w/Jacuzzi bath & the Breakfast was Buying it from the Restaurant
