I was traveling with my small, quiet dog, so naturally, I had the “privilege” of paying extra for a pet-friendly room. In my opinion, these pet fees are nothing more than a cash grab. My dog is well-behaved—quiet, small, and far better mannered than many people’s children. Yet, I’m still charged extra just for bringing him along. My room overlooked the pool on the second floor, which turned out to be a huge downside. The noise was relentless—splashing, yelling, laughing—I could hear every single sound like it was happening inside my room. The windows seemed old and offered no sound insulation. I could even make out full conversations from the pool deck. It got so bad, I had to turn on the stove fan just to muffle the noise. I reported the issue to the front desk. They offered to move me to another room on the same floor, but it overlooked the street. Since the pool was set to close in about four hours, I chose to stay put. To top it off, the bathroom fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The entire room needs a serious deep clean. Do better! You charge enough.

We have been staying here for over 16yrs. Love the location to all the lifts/gondolas in Whistler, on-site parking and right in the village. Hotel windows are single-pane. If you are a light sleeper good luck. Can't beat the location!

Room was dirty. Hallways smelled like cigarretes and i couodnt sleep due to the noise from pool. Lied about whennit closed and didnt stop people from partying hours past the close of it. Staff did nothing to quiet them. Everything i asked like to switch rooms and all that were ignored. Not happy and want a refund

Very close to the Gondolas, 2 min walk. This was are most important point for us. It’s In the heart of Whistler, lively but got woken in the middle of the night , crowd are nosy when the bar closes. I think there must be a bus stop on the street . We have been told that s Its One of the first in this area, so its older, and in need of LOVE but clean and had all the things we needed for our budget. I highly recommend
