The staff were impolite and lacked even basic courtesy, such as greeting guests properly. The hotel was mostly occupied by large charter tour groups, making the breakfast area extremely crowded. Many breakfast items were often empty and not refilled promptly. It was also quite noisy due to the presence of these tour groups, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

Very basic and uncomfortable facility. No air conditioning or circulation. A fan was installed but was covered in dust and fibre so when turned on it just spread it all around. Very noisy. A desk was there but no chair to use it! I noticed when leaving that other rooms had a chair so not sure why mine didn’t. No tea or coffee or kettle or even a bin in the room. Fancy big tv which is pointless. And also fancy colour changing lights as if they are a necessity. The room service knocked on the door at 8am!! The security chain was broken so no way to stop them entering unless you shout out. Bedding was ok except pillows which were rather strange size/shape/hardness, and unusable. So if nice absorbent towels are your only priority then you are in the right place! Otherwise I would prefer Ibis nearby for many reasons.

Clean room, nice vibe to the lobby, but not very convenient and no real service from the staff to mention. TV was broken, the front desk literally never answered the phone. No front desk staff until 1300 and the breakfast is way too expensive and not very good. Parking, which I opted out of, is 36 bucks per night… Decent price for the room, but you get what you pay for, which in this case isn’t much.

We had a great stay at Dormero. The check in was easy and the staff was helpful. Our room was clean, although the shower head leaked and wouldn't stay up. Surprisingly quiet since it's by the airport.

Bathroom light from just mirror makes a dim bathroom. Bathroom vanity peeling. Could not get either reading light to work. Central heating made room much too warm - we left window open and used provided floor fan. Free drinks in the refridgerator was a nice touch. Need to take public bus 768 to get to or from the airport. No shuttle, but bus stop is just 1 minute walk.

The place is clean. The room was large and clean. The mattress on my single bed was not good but I moved to the other bed and that mattress was good. Also the quilt is very heavy and too hot. They did not have a light blanket in the room. Very close to the airport and restaurants. A train to the city of Zurich is right there by the hotel.

Clean rooms and very perfect location for the airport . Would be nice to have kettle in the room to make a hot drink. Couple free drinks in the minibar in the room very appreciated.

The property is a low cost airport hotel. It was fine for the purpose of an early morning flight. The room we stayed in needed some repairs. The sink was dripping, the shower head kept falling out of its wall mount and the room we reserved was not available and the cleaning staff was blamed for the lack of availability. The staff were nice. The neighborhood wasn't nice, but wasn't dangerous.

stayed one night after flying into zurich quite late. was lucky enough to find street parking almost right in front. hotel is clean, secure and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. great location if you are looking for something close to the airport
