We were at the hotel for just a short time, as we arrived in the evening and out early in the morning for our tour. A bit unfortunate as this was a very nice hotel. The room was very cold and not prepared for guests. Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater. And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!
