I wish there were more outlets in the room. One outlet was behind the huge headboard. The outlets on the lamp base were too loose for my phone charger and plug to fit well enough to get a charge. I also wish there was a fridge in the room. The third floor smelled like rotten eggs in the hallways. ...

They had a busted water heater - and it meant no Hot Water - and they should have called people who where coming in late to inform them and or refund the rooms with no hot water throughout the Hotel. Mentioned it to the desk people and they said - "Yep, we know, so??" Just bad planning on their end ...
