Booked a 2 queen and pull out couch room. After long day of travel, check in and arrive to the wrong room. Reassigned room. The carpet was torn between the room and the bathroom with the carpet tack strip exposed. There was a hole in the wall, the shower had a patch in the fiberglass, the shampoo dispenser was broken, the chair by the desk was disgusting and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Staff was excellent, Property was clean and very accessible. Resturants were not real close by, but within a couple of miles there were a lot of food places. I will be staying here again!
