sheets were dirty. switched rooms. employee at the counter looked dirty and unkept. this is the face of your business. he was a mess. stayed there last year and it was fine. this year totally different opinion.

Quality Inn near Speedway
The first room I was placed in smelled like death and despair and was put in another room that looked like more people spent time trying to break out of than break in. The bed was like laying on a gravel parking lot.
