You couldn't do better in the city. Even on Christmas the hotel was fully staffed and serving meals, room service, the whole nine yards. Can't say good enough things about the hotel or the folks making it work.

Very close to the bay and within walking distance in the down town area. Easy to check in. Clean rooms and quite, the only thing is the room suite had a balcony with a welded door and I wish I could of open it to access the balcony

Staff could be a friendlier and more welcoming in the front. Tone used feels like I am checking in, into a emergency room with a stern receptionist who has had a long night. Besides that, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has alot to offer.

The beach view was excellent. Did realize it was so close to the beach which was great. Nice boardwalk for walkers bikers etc. The room was great. Did have to do a little driving to eat somewhere but found a good place or two.
