Lovely clean hotel with great facilities and views across the Nile. Breakfast had a nice choice of pastries, pancakes and omelette, cereal and hot breakfast and meats and cheeses. Alcoholic drinks and food were quite expensive but weren't good quality and plenty to choose from.

From the beginning the staff was welcoming. I was upgraded complimentary and boy the room was beautiful. The balcony view was of the center of the hotel but the center of the hotel is opened air (no roof).
