The airport shuttle was perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean. Laundry room was acceptable and clean. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing really special. There's an Applebee's within safe walking distance and a few other smaller restaurants. Staff was great!

Chairs in rooms were horrible. Hard and on rollers on the laminate floors was a recipe for disaster. Putting on shoes proved to be dangerous. Beds were on a platform that was larger than the mattress and high so for seniors that also was a challenge.

We were there for the Balloon Festival. had our own car. For this event the hotel needs to be able to accomodate early schedules that match the times that the festival is very early active. On day one we had to find breakfast elsewhere. On day 2 & 3 the hotel was aware that there was a need. This event brings in billions of dollars to the area all hotels need to be proactive in dealing with clients who are attending.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location, but the best aspect was the exceptional staff. They were accomodating, heloful and friendly. Cant say enough good about them. Would stay here again whenever in Albuquerque

Wonderful service

The staff was so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions as first-time visitors and even dropping everything to shuttle us to the airport. The hotel was clean (although heavy on disinfectant smell), quiet, and minutes from the airport.

First room refrigerator did not work and they quickly moved us to another room. Dislikes - bed stiff loud AC. Small rooms.

We were there on a very busy weekend. The hot tub wasn’t working and they seemed short-staffed for a little while. The breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean. Pretty good overall.
