The front desk staff was very helpful with explaining how to use the tram and train. One note about the tub - the floor of the tub was higher than the bathroom floor. This made stepping out feel a bit unsafe, as if one might slip.

The king bed wasn't a king matras but consisted of 2 separate matrasses. This was inconvenient. Everything else was excellent. The room was nice and warm. Kitchen/ restaurant service really nice and great food. We will come stay again.

Towels were large and lush. Terry bathrobes and slippers provided. Our room on 4th floor was relatively quiet for a downtown hotel. Coffee and tea in well appointed lounge area available 24/7. Centrally located within walking distance to museums and dining. We had a room with canal view and small viewing balcony.

Wonderful hotel

Wonderful hotel near the museums and right on a canal with the tram just outside the door. Staff at the hotel were the best part of my stay. So kind. Breakfast room is lovely and I had the best poached eggs! Highly recommended staying here.

Good atmosphere, great friendly staff. Met with Martin the owner very welcoming. Anything you need they will assist. Great and delicious breakfast so it is worth it to add it when you book the hotel. Staff were very excellent. Check in was very easy; they allowed us an early checkin unlike any other hotels. Location is simply outstanding bang on the channel; close to transit systems; all restaurants around and walkable to Museums, Central station and shopping areas.
