I booked a cozy room for my stay but it didn’t look like the picture. I didn’t have a sofa or a working station table. Instead I got a circle table with two chairs. My stay at room 416 was ok. When I turned off the light, around the door area kept making a clicking sound the entire time I was in the room. For a light sleeper, it was really annoying. Also, the room wasn’t sound proof. I could hear people talking outside the hallway which disturb my sleep. Overall, definitely get away from the lower floors since it has the communal area where people can get coffee and tea.

Talk about being truly feeling like you are the best guest, and belonging in the community! Andrea, Joy, Dylan, Ivo, Herman, and so many others I believe I could fill this space with all the names of the staff. Truly awesome. The facility is clean, quiet and safe, close to your every need.

Loved the hotel! Easy check in and out. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room was lovely. Only 15 on metro to Central, running every few minutes. Metro only a few minutes walk. Didn't eat in hotel but drinks were reasonable. Would absolutely stay again

This hotel has a trendy, social atmosphere that gives off fun hostel-style vibes while still providing the comfort of a hotel. The lounge bar is a highlight — the bartenders are incredibly kind and make the experience even more enjoyable. Location is also excellent, with a tram stop just a five-minute walk away, offering easy access to anywhere in the city. Overall, the amenities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making this a great place to stay.

The hotel bar staff is fantastic during our whole stay, with lovely conversations and recommendations! Unfortunately, our check-in experience was poor as we were given a room that was not clean. However, the hotel staff was very understanding in quickly getting us a new room. The hotel itself advertises air-conditioned rooms, which made us ultimately choose this over a neighbouring hotel. However, the air-conditioning was very poor, and felt like it struggled to get below 25 celsius. The hotel itself is very chic, and the location is quiet but super accessible to central Amsterdam, given the metro station being only a two-minute walk away. The hotel is located in a suburb and has little nearby dining or shopping opportunities in walking distance.
