No hot water in my bathroom. No one seemed to worried about it but me. The heating is so loud it woke me up all through the night. They say they are owned by Hilton and were recently remodeled, not a chance. Stay away from this dump. Hilton should be ashamed to have there name attached to this place! Oh, and I missed a meeting that I came to Alaska for due to the hot water issue. I will never stay at any Hampton Inn again!

Toffi at the front desk is wonderful. Room was clean and pool and hot tub were fun. Attentive and friendly staff at this hotel. Breakfast was nice but very few options for people with gluten allergies like myself.
