First, all doors even the main entrance requires the keycard which if you are just coming in is an inconvenience. There were people waiting outside bc no one at the desk was paying attention. Check in was fast but they failed to read everything with my booking. The room was ok. No microwave or fan in the bathroom to keep the steam away. The shower was nice but whomever designed it is a moron. That glass door did not seal to the rest and the bottom was tile with no seal causing water to go outside the shower. The mini fridge is exactly as it says mini, could not fit anything worth keeping in there. Worst of all we just left a hotel in PCB where we had got crumbl and was able to leave it out there with no issues. Day one at this hotel and there were ants! Mind you we were in the 4th floor!

Property was fine, staff was great! The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because the elevators didn't work well, sometimes it wouldnt even come at all. Long wait for the elevators.

The location is great, rooms are clean, staff is kind, and it is quiet. There was no refrigerator which was a bummer but other than that I had a nice stay.

Some staff friendly, some not so much. Elevators are under renovation so expect long wait times just to get to and from your room. 4th floor hallway was about as hot and humid as it was outside. (Not sure about the others) Property needs general upkeep and freshening up to be nice again.
