The hotel was right next to where our son lives so it was very convenient. The parking was easy and felt safe. The hotel was clean and the room was modern and quiet. We did not like it that the sink in the hotel room was outside of the bathroom. You could not turn on the light for the toilet without waking up the person sleeping, They need real creamer for their coffee. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

At checkin the representative was short and proved zero information about the hotel. I had to ask about parking. Overall property was nice. The room we were given the A/C did not work nor did the phone to call the front desk. Same rep didn’t apologize only provided excuses. Then finally offered another room. Not a huge deal things happen. Next day both elevators are down having to walk to opposite side of building. Then our parking pass stopped working had go back to front desk. Once again nothing from the rep. Just hands it back said it should work. Maybe if the rep had some personality or acknowledged the issues it would have made a big difference

This hotel is super close to aquarium. Which was great. Only 1 elevator was working. The bar only offered only 3 or 4 options for food. They were out of the other 7 or 8 items. The staff was very nice and accommodating

The only complaint I have is the parking gate pass. From the day I arrived to the day I left my parking pass would scan but the gate would open for me upon entering or exiting. I was able to utilize the help button at the gate but 2/5 times but it took between 5-10minutes for someone to respond most times causing a back up of cars behind me. On one occasion the car behind me let me use their pass because I was stuck at the gate waiting to exit and no one opened it so I swiped his tag and we both timed it and were able to speed through the gate with our cars gate before the gate came down. This was such an inconvenience. Passengers 3 cars behind would honk and from being held up. I wasn’t the only one that experienced this as I was 2cars behind waiting to exit and the person at the gate was having problems leaving being their pass was not scanning. Please fix this issue ASAP, thanks.
