There was construction going on, so noise, smells, ugliness. But also very little hot water in the bathrooms, bare basics breakfast. The bathroom sink had no slope to it, so didn’t really drain properly.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This hotel is FILTHY!!!! They have roaches!!! I checked in at 11pm with my baby girls. Upon arrival there was a roach in the bathroom which I killed. I was hesitant to stay but I was so tired I just went to sleep. I was awoken by my baby screaming a few hours later. When I turned the light on there were roaches on us, the comforter and my bags!!!!! They went running once the light was on too. This happened at 3am. I called the front desk immediately and told them I will be leaving due to their uninhabitable conditions for me and my children and I requested a refund which they told me to call and speak to the manager later in the morning. When I called and spoke with the manager he was VERY RUDE and denied me my refund. So I paid $100 to be covered in roaches with my children, terrible service and had to sleep in my car after this nasty ordeal. DO NOT STAY HERE
