We booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids and Expedia provided us room with 1 King bed. Expedia customer care didn't help either, if it was not the front lady at check-in , we would be sleeping on floor. Room condition was terrible and looked like a very old motel types. Employees were courteous and helping, but breakfast could be improved.

Missed our flight so we hsd to vheck in a day late. Called the day we were supposed to check in to let yhem know checking in would br the next day and was told by Fairfield employee it was no problem. We arrived the next day to our reservation canceled. Spent an hour dealing with staff member and expedia. Staff member Devon was exceptional to engage with.

We had someone trying to get into our room at midnight, causing all kinds of ruckus out in the hallway. We called the front desk and a manager answered. He was actually in the hallway with the guests trying to gain access to our room. We were told that whoever checked us in earlier in the day had not done so properly and our room was not showing up as having been occupied. Water pressure was minimal and the hotel’s interior could definitely use a refresh.
