Customer service failed

Customer service was disappointing. We had to request personal supplies for the bathroom 4 times, eventually just standing at reception until they complied, 12 hours after my initial request.

Staff were amazing. Just a few issues. 1. The pool needed service which was probably not hotels fault but was a bummer for our kids. 2. The marijuana smell when using any kind of fan in the room was terrible. When we checked in another room was having the same issue.

I love this hotel! It’s my go to hotel whenever I come home to ATL. Free parking, it’s convenient to my family, the property and rooms are clean and beautiful. Also complimentary breakfast. My only disappointment this time was I couldn’t check in early. I got there at 1pm and I wish I could have checked in early like the last time. However, I understand it’s not guaranteed.

Quieter hotel than most because it is not the typical cheap flimsy construction. The bed was comfortable. It is a nice room particularly if you are staying longer. There was a funky smell in the room but was better when I turned on the air. I guess the hotel allows pets. Maybe it is a pet odor. The night front desk person was not impressive. Was watching tv when I went there with a request. Did not greet me. Did not ask if she could help. Barely spoke and after helping, went back to the tv. On the other hand, the morning waitstaff were friendly, charming and all around pleasant, as was the morning front desk agent. I would stay here again but would ask for a room that did not have pets in it.

Staff went above and beyond!

I will absolutely stay at this hotel again. I left early and (thought) I dropped my room key in the box but mistakenly dropped my license. I did not realize it until I had returned my rental and walked into the airport. I received a call from the hotel as soon as they saw my mistake, even before I realized. When I told them I had returned my vehicle, they immediately sent the shuttle driver to deliver my license, without pause! What a head ache they saved me!! Can't thank the staff enough!
