We have stayed several times with our dogs, for a "rescue reunion". It is a spacious room and convenient for our needs.

The check-in staff and the check-out staff were rude. Check-in: She made it feel like I was imposition to her and her scrolling on the phone. The check-out clerk wasn't even at the desk when I wanted to check out and I had to wait for her. Then I had to ask for my receipt and she gave me a look like I was putting her out.

Parking was easy and the hotel is in a safe and convenient area with Starbucks, Taco Bell, and Chipotle all near it. Service was ok, front desk lady was nice. Walls seemed thick and we didn’t hear anyone from other rooms and bed was comfy. My only complaints would be the smell of our room and the breakfast. Our room smelled like mildew and wet dog. The smell seemed to be coming from the AC. Probably never been cleaned/never replaced the filter. The smell filled the whole room. The breakfast literally consisted of waffles, bread, muffins, bagels, powdered eggs, and sausage patties. That’s all. Overall, it’s was ok. Price was good and I would stay here again.

The bedsheets were not changed after the previous guest checked out. The water in the bathroom tub is not draining properly. There’s also a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms when doors are opened and closed.

Property is good and staff was nice. Did have key card deactivated a lot but once rescan on different machine no problem. Breakfast was fine other parties just abuse the free food, should have someone watch what others take and put in pockets. Rooms were super nice and clean
