MOTEL 6 TUCKER GA THE WORST

WE HAD 3 ROOMS. ONE ROOM TOILET WAS CLOGGED WITH FECES IN TOILET, THE AC DID NOT WORK, THE OTHER ROOM NO AC, 3RD ROOM HUGE DOGS IN ALL ROOMS NEXT TO BARKING AND FIGHTING ALL NIGHT.

Unprofessional management yelling using profanity

Kendra is out of control and there is no situation or set of circumstances where in by her conduct and actions on any level would be deemed appropriate or acceptable in business or in civil society. I have nothing to gain by sounding an alarm other than to prevent another family from being subjected to her irrational, irresponsible, unprofessional, destructive, demeaning, hateful and unhinged behavior. Any general manager that refuses to use appropriate language and identifies themselves as an animal and grunts at paying guest can’t be stable and should possibly be evaluated. If one can’t manage themselves and there behavior with professionalism, integrity decorum, self awareness, self respect, a moral compass that reflects the company’s core principles and values, basic business ethics, human decency, respect for those with disabilities, empathy, the bandwidth and mental capacity to appreciate and understand why honesty and the truth matters in ALL SITUATIONS how can they be trusted to manage a property where guest safety, security, privacy and customer service are key in ensuring a guest experience that delivers on the promises and mission statement put forth by the brand they represent? In what can only be described as a slanderous and elementary attempt at deception, a false account of her actions and the events that led to my stay abruptly ending in response to my bringing her behavior to the attention of the corporate office further underscore how unfit she is to lead.

Property being ran by a self identified “ANIMAL”

a nightmare! Something out of a horror film. I was woken in the early morning hrs before 6 am by someone acting on orders from the unpredictable, uncivilized and unprofessional “manager” Kendra, who identifies herself as an “animal” not a human, and told I had to get out bc I had a camera inside my window facing my room door. The camera wasn’t on nor was it facing the parking lot or other rooms. It was put there as a deterrent after someone had tired to enter my room in the middle of the night, the police had been at the property multiple times that week including that morning, other guests had complained of having someone trying to enter their rooms, fighting and yelling outside my door and repeated unsuccessful attempts at getting support or assistance from the office staff because the office was locked and unstaffed at various hours. I tried to explain why it was there and asked to speak to Kendra or as she prefers “animal”and told she would be in at 8am. I went to the office to speak with her and she wasn’t there and had left instructions instead for the desk to not except my payment or reservation. She arrived at almost 11 3 hours after she told me she would be. I waited for her to acknowledge me, and she proceeded to yell called me a lier, used profanity and I asked to be treated with the respect I was giving her as a human being, she said she was an animal not human! I told her of my safety concerns was told she didn’t care she was acting on behalf of motel6/and owner!

Broken/lose faucets, tv remote held together with tape, missing light bulbs, peeling trim, rotted door bottoms, broken furniture, ac worked at 72 degrees only and sounded like a jet engine. Had running water so better than camping but not by much.

They would not give clean towels every day excuse short staff toilet they stop up when I finally moved to another room the air did which they knew that the air did and they would bring extension cord so I can ac into another because I was into was about to catch fire so why would they put me in that room from the begin that location for major safety violation and be rehab before it catch on fire or somebody get hurt

Do not stay here unless you have no other option

For starters I had to wait for 10 mins just to check in because the front seat receptionist was in the back having a personal conversation. Someone who was lingering in the lobby had to yell out that I was there in order for her to even acknowledge me. Upon checking in the room the bathroom wasn’t entirely clean, there were no towels. I asked for towels and was told I had to wait until the following day because housekeeping had already left for the day. I ended up buying my own towels. The ac did not work and the socket to plug it up had been previously caught on fire, that is a safety hazard. There were roaches crawling around. People were in crowds hanging outside my front door all day and night. I do not recommend this at all. For $53 a night I guess it’s what I deserved.

The woman who checked me in had a nice demeanor. However I had my room for 7 nights and house keeping did not refresh my room once. Even after asking a housekeeping team member to do so face to face. When i asked the front desk for a fresh towel, i was told no. Worse stay i. A Motel 6 ive ever had. There was also piles of trash in the hallways and corridors left for days in a row.

Needs to be deep cleaned, awful!! Towels and sheets stained, did not use at all, bathroom was gross as well, the floors were filthy as well as the walls all stained with what looked like blood, just disgusting but I arrived at midnight too late to go look for something else, just toughed it out but barely slept due to how uncomfortable I was, never again would I use

I stay five day could tower but once week toilet kept stop up on arrival I told they have any clean room upon waiting for uber I told they found me a room which it took over a hour half to check in
