This place has the BEST beds ever! The parking lot is smallish but the beds are so comfortable and the people that work there are so pleasant and helpful! I didn’t eat the breakfast so I don’t know about that but I will definitely go back just for the beds home away from home…….

Although the website promised a fitness center, it was closed. The pool was filthy. The carpet in the room was so dirty that I didn't want my feet to touch the floor. The tank on the toilet was broken. Ugh. The area around the hotel was truly sketchy, with homeless people camped out drinking under a tree.

The room was large and the hotel was fine. It is one of the oldest hotels in Cedar Park so it was just a little outdated. It was safe, clean and in a good location so for the price, I was ok with it not being as nice as some other chains.

Clean motel room. Quiet area. It smelled liked smoke but that was from a guy chainsmoking near the staircase so All the A/C units are sucking it in. Not the hotels fault 1 guy doesnt have common decency.. Would stay again. Fast easy check in and free breakfast.

I did NOT stay in this hotel because it was uninhabitable. YET, I was billed for the entire stay even though I did not stay more than 5 minutes and I saw the room and the manager was there when I saw it and cancelled the room stay right then and there.

The bed sucks the TV sucks, no guide even the guide on ch 2 does not match the channel. The pool has a white powdery substance on the surface. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Definitely never return to a Best Western hotel again.
