Floors were very dirty. Large stain on carpet (blood???) floors in bathroom dirty with shoe marks and sticky spots. Went to front desk and was informed no other available rooms but they would send someone to clean. That didn’t happen.

We have stayed here several times, and have very much enjoyed the hotel. On this stay, we arrived to discover that the entire Hilton data system had been down for hours, resulting in a sort of chaos at check in. Separately, we were unaware that the hotel would be hosting a craft beer convention. It was like being at a very large bar, with an awful lot of highly intoxicated folks; we shared an elevator ride with a gentleman screaming at the top of his lungs for reasons unknown to us. At a minimum, there should have been security present to stay that kind of behavior. Ideally, we would have been notified in advance of the conference, giving us an opportunity to book elsewhere. In sum, we typically very much like the hotel, but this past visit was a disaster, and it's unclear if we would book again in the future.

Worst Doubletree I have ever stayed at. 1. Charged for everything including breakfast and parking both of which is ridiculous. 2. Door to the room didn’t work. I had to slam it with my shoulder every time to open it #329 3. TV kept freezing up literally every 30 seconds Parking was a hassle as their gate card reader barely reds your door key. Had to pay to get out although I had already paid when ai checked in. Overall just not a great time. Spent too much money on things that should be free and lots of things not working. Won’t be back to this one.

Shower hot water hard to find. Slamming doors all night kept us awake (our end of the hall 4th floor room was next to garage door elevator). Workers very pleasant. Bartenders great.

First of all they did not change the bedding for 3 days because my son ate chocolate and had little mark on pillow first day, it stayed there for 3 days. Also they charge for parking daily. What we can do there is no public transportation close by??? And seriously parking fee for hitel guests? Also when i did search on expedia it looks breakfast included (i had to read every single details) but no it is for fee. So i don't know what i paid that much??? Ohh also i had to ask for complementary water to have some during check in. There are more hotels cheaper, don't waste your money for no service
