Our stay was perfect. Last minute booking and for the price the rooms weren’t bad. The microwave and some buttons on the remote weren’t working but when we called to let them know, they offered to bring us a new one. We didnt need it anymore, so we let them know it was ok. Just didn’t wanna get charged for it. Other than that, the customer service was great and the breakfast was perfect as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful, clean was room & stocked, hotel was close to lots of eateries and shopping areas. Maybe some more variety on the breakfast menu like more fresh fruit and yogurt.

The lobby was okay, but the halls and carpet were so dated and dirty. The bathroom in our room had rust and moldy grout. The hotel was quiet, but beyond that I’d never stay there again. The mattresses were lumpy.
