Tämä Avila Beachin keskustassa sijaitseva vuoristopuoli sijaitsee tässä räätälöityssä kodissa, joka tarjoaa viihtyisää tilaa useiden sukupolvien perhejuhliin. Kodin ainutlaatuinen pohjapiirrossuunnittelu tarjoaa perheille joustavia makuumajoja.

Koti on avoin hieno huone pohjapiirros. Suuressa huoneessa on katedraalin katot, puiset vaippaikkunat, Shaker-tyyliset kalusteet, Viking-laitteet, kvartsiittilaattatasot, European Tammelattiat. Avoin olohuone, keittiö ja ruokailutilat ovat toisella tasolla. Liukuvat lasiovet aivan keittiön vieressä ovat avoinna ruokailun edessä ja takana sekä viihdyttävät kannet tuoreelle merituulen ja panoraamanäkymille vuorille. Suurien tammien keskuudessa on kolmas yläkerra, josta on viehättävät näkymät satamaan. Kotiin kuuluu useita viihdyttäviä ulkona olevia kansia ryhmätapaamisten järjestämistä, ilta-auringonlaskujen ottamista, BBQ-makuhermoja ja rentoutumista rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen, ajelua tai kävelyä Bob Jones -polulla tai viininmaistelua paikallisissa Avila Beach -maistajahuoneissa.

Kodissa on kaksi isäntäsviittiä, kolme ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta yhteensä 5 yksityiselle makuutilalle ja olohuoneessa vuodesohva (kuningatar). Maanpinnalla on Master Suite. Tämä Master-sviitti on aivan sisäänkäynnin päässä oleva studio-sviitti, jossa on erillinen yksityinen sisäänkäyntiovi, minikeittiö ja täydellinen suihkukaappi. Studio-master-sviitissä on king-vuode. Toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa, myös maanpinnan tasolla, on molemmissa queen-vuoteet. Ylös portaat toiseen päällikön sviittiin ja toiseen pieneen viidenteen makuuhuoneeseen. Toisessa Master-sviitissä (king-vuode) on suuri suihkukaappi ja erillinen kylpyamme. Viidennessä makuuhuoneessa on vuodesohva (täynnä), ja se on valmis lapsille koukuttamaan xBoxin.

Koti on ammattimaisesti maisemoitu. Ulkopanjat on koottu rinteeseen alle 100-vuotiaiden tammenpuiden alle. Hiekkajalat ja rantaleluja voi pestä ulkosuihkulla. Alueella on ylimitoitettu 2-autotalli, jossa on tilaa pyörälle, kajakkille, surffilautailolle ja ylimääräinen automaattinen pysäköinti ajotieltä. Koti on täysi pesulakeskus.

Se ei parane paremmin kuin ottaa upouusi koti, jolla on kaksi lyhyttä korttelia parhaimmalle rannalle Keskirannikolla!

Lovely spacious house by the beach

Overall our stay was excellent. The space is perfect for a group. Our only comment is that we received very little information about house rules (eg whether or not to take out trash and recycling, what to do with used sheets and towels). Also we did not receive any information about WiFi and couldn’t find anything in the house with instructions.

Wonderful stay in Avila!

This is a beautiful, spacious home in a great location in Avila. Highly recommend for any visit to the central coast. It's just across the street from the Bob Jones trail for morning jogs and walking distance to the Avila Golf Course. Walk to the beach and downtown Avila in 5-10min. The house itself was exceedingly clean and well-equipped. Property managers were very responsive when we had a problem with the wifi working. The sitting area upstairs works very well for an office space if you're doing a "workcation." Highly recommend- we loved this rental!

'A Wave From It All' was perfect and pristine from the moment we arrived. Information and directions were clear cut, the house was wonderfully laid out for our party of 7 adults - with large comfortable bedrooms (great mattresses and black out shades), adequate sized open living / cooking / dining / gathering space on the upper level, airy patios, uncluttered, beautifully decorated, complete with all the basic necessities, and truly peaceful ambiance. The house is extremely well managed by Seven Sisters, who made every step simple and easy ... we could not have enjoyed a better time away. Walkability to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and beautiful beach/pier were 10 out of 10. We also loved simply home bodying it in the amazing house, and just as location, all agreed the house was totally a 10 out of 10 as well!! Thanks for a most memorable getaway ... We will surely return.

We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and our kids loved the beach toys (the cart and chairs were especially appreciated!). The location is a very short walk to the small downtown. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The abundance of high quality beach towels was another nice touch. Also, when we had an issue with the oven, the folks from Seven Sisters had someone out to the unit early the next morning. Thanks for the great stay! We hope to be back soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a fantastic stay for our group that included many young kids. Everything is organized really well and they've thought of everything. It's a quick walk to the beach which is great. Highly recommend.
