Room not available, front desk person, would not take our name and number to call us when the room became available. Was told no manager on duty until 3:00pm, was 1:30pm. Called for an additional blanket, was told they would bring it up, never came. Called again no answer.

Upon arrival to my room, there was a light on around the coffeepot. I searched everywhere for the switch to turn it off, but could not locate it. Needless to say, I didnt sleep very well that first night. It would have been a nice touch to have bottled water in the room.

Reserved a king size bed room, was placed in a 2 queen room and was not informed prior to getting to the room. We had a few bags and didn’t go back down to the front desk about it. Outside of that, the room was clean, bathroom was pretty, and it included a really nice full size mirror.

Constant Noise. Horrible experience. Hotel Room Doors were heavy and noisy. Also there was constant barking from Dogs on our floor, early in the morning and late at night. Hotel must be pet friendly and it's a huge mistake.
