Great location: 3 minute walk to Sathorn pier, nice street food market and huge department store in the same building. Room was huge but also has a mostly non functional kitchen. River view was good but partially obstructed since I was in the second lowest guest room floor. View from the higher floors should be fantastic but I don’t know how to book this since it doesn’t seem to correlate with room type.

The property is beautiful. Close to the train and has a shopping center adjacent. A lot of dining options from McDonalds to street food in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was awesome and worth the extra fee. Pool was fun and refreshing after a day of walking in the heat. We stayed in a family suite and the washer/dryer did not work which made packing a bit difficult and we had to pay at the laundry on the property to dry our clothes. This was the only inconvenience.

connected to shopping center is what would like the most Only needs an improvement for the staff to be observant for what the guests needs We can’t drink the water bottle they supplied we got a stomachache, so we ended to buy our own water Needs an improvement for the towels they supplied it’s discoloured already but will definitely a good choice to stay in bangkok

a favorite!

hotel is in a perfect location near the places one would like to visit in bangkok. adjacent to a Mall , with foodcourt and everything. the place is newly renovated, the rooms are especially big and AC is running well. i dont have anything bad to say about this place. it is perfect for my family. the staff is kind and helpful

Excellent location, super staff. Recently renovated but short cuts taken which impact on the experience: the lights are fierce so no gentle ambient lighting. In the bedroom the choice is floodlights or very minimal lighting. The new sofas are very uncomfortable and the air con is also fierce and very loud. Breakfast is acceptable but could be more adventurous, and leans very much to Chinese and Japanese cuisine.

This hotel was good for proximity to transport. Staff were friendly. Food was close by and for our first time in bangkok with 2 kids couldnt fault it. A bit of a weird smell coming through the aircon but fine.

The view from my particular room (Deluxe Suite) was amazing. It was a corner room which offered both the city and river views. The room was very spacious and had one of the largest TVs I’ve seen a room ever come with. The amenities were great, and the view from the pool is so much better than what the pictures on Expedia show it to be. The location was pretty decent and it is about a 3-4 minute walk from the Saphan Taksin BTS and Ferry. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and was really good. The only downsides of it for me not to rate it 5 stars was that during the day you can hear a lot of the traffic noise even from the 21st floor, and the bed was too stiff for my liking. But it is a plus that it is located on top of a shopping center with plenty of restaurants and other businesses within a short walking distance. The balcony for my room came with two chairs, a table, and some plants which made it nice to eat outside and enjoy the view.

Great Service, great staff, great gameroom. Rooms were very large. I didnt give 5 stats due to the laundry dryer. We had to dry our clothes twice (which took time out of our schedule) the dryer wasn’t very strong or operating correctly.

This is in a less tourist side of town - gives one a true feel of what and where locals live and do. Still a lot of things to do and see. The hotel is connected to a department store so it’s very convenient for shopping, food selections. The staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant. There is also an area of complimentary food and drink available for customers. The rooms are big and have comfortable bed.
