The Holiday Inn was nicely located from many interesting sites in Barcelona. There is public transport within five minutes walking is you wish not to walk. Room was clean and the male person who checked us in, you could not ask for a better welcome and gave us some great information on taking the metro/train to the airport. Everything was great in the room and the breakfast was the best compared to the North American Holiday Inns. The only thing that I would add to the stay, is to have a dedicated movie channel on the television.

We booked accommodation for four people for three nights and had two separate rooms, as we were two families and each family had one room. The rooms for four people were a bit small, but they were clean. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. At one point, I had accidentally entered the wrong date for one night on Expedia, and the hotel kindly changed the date for us without any penalty, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was very good, the location was relatively good with walking access to many places, and the hotel also has parking. Since we were traveling by car, this was a very convenient and valuable option for us.
