It’s a good location and quiet sleeping environment. Breakfast is ok like a regular American breakfast. The communication with their staff in English IS challenging. I asked the kitchen to prepare a breakfast to take out for two days in a row to both front desk person Marc and to the kitchen lady. But i didn’t see any takeout food prepared on the day. It’s a hotel recommended by ChatGPT. I believe their group has a certain marketing deal. I will try somewhere else next time.

Cleaning of the room could be better, not enough cutlery in the room, not enough space for the clothes, bathroom utilities didn’t work properly. Breakfast was very ordinary with the limited amounts of food. As VIP Expedia members we were given a free bottle of wine but the staff told us that we received the 2 vouchers for the drinks, we were not allowed to have a bottle. After some discussion, we finally got it with the very unpleasant message from the staff. After this message, we won’t advise staying at this hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious the stay was very friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast was very good Aida the breakfast staff was very nice, every morning she would make us a special hot chocolate. The location is also very convenient to walk to a lot of the Barcelona tourists spots.
