Amazing!

Our stay was amazing! The staff was really helpful and nice! We were also happily surprised of all the little perks they offered, from the special coffees to the minéral and filtered water dispensers. Both terrasses were gorgeous! 100% would recommend!

The room was small but the king bed was comfortable and the shower was strong. There were no chairs in the room. We went sightseeing all the time, so the room was fine for sleeping. The bus stopped just down the street, about a 2-3 minute walk. Berlin Central Station was a 10 minute walk, or you could take the bus, one stop to the station. The checkin was by computer and was a bit confusing, but finally someone helped with the room keys, etc. The breakfast was plentiful and had vegan options, including oat milk in the coffee machine! We definitely enjoyed our morning meal! Check out was no problem! We recommend this hotel!

What an amazing hotel! The room design is awesome - lots of shelves conveniently located and places to put 2 suitcases comfortably! It is convenient to public transport (10 min walk), a supermarket and restaurant options and is right in the middle of Berlin. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. Free coffee in the morning and a restaurant and bar in the foyer just tops things off!

Overall it was a lovely experience, only 10 minutes walk to Central Station. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was OK, not the most comfy bed with no mini fridge. Make sure you bring your plug adaptor with you as you may struggle if you need it.

What made my stay excellent? The staff! The staff made the stay excellent. They were attentive, polite and helpful. The room left much to desire - too small - no chair. Felt claustrophobic. Location was okay and within walking distance from Berlin central station.
