Excellent property, great location, bedrooms a reasonable size. Bar service excellent, free coffee service 11pm-11am a real bonus. Filtered water refill service. Staff excellent, continental breakfast available. Definitely will recommend & we will return.

The hotel atmosphere is unique, retro and fun with gnomes on the ceiling and 1970s art work. The rooms are clean and spartanish with unpainted cement walls. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is all newly developed. It’s about a twenty minute walk into the city center, public transportation is close by and available. It is nice place to stay.

This place was so cool! Smooth entry, exit. Good bar. Good coffee. Clean. Quite. It's got a bit of a bunker-style motif, which I appreciated being in Berlin. Lots of room to spread out in the lobby to read, etc.

Berlin marathon weekend

The room is very clean, with excellent sunlight in the day. I wished there was extra light for the evening but it was a wonderful stay regardless. The restaurant bacio next door is wonderful. The hosts at the hotel were all very welcoming.

Urban loft has a cool concept and property is very chic. The room layout was very user centric and spacious. Great service of the staff as they checked us in early on request and everyone was polite. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood 10 mins walk to the main central train station of Berlin houf. Definitely recommend staying here. The front desk is also a bar and they are open 24/7.

It's so convenient as it's close to the Berlin central station. Only 10 minutes away. Has great place to eat too if you don't want to go far. Must try oggi's kebab, it's so good. The Saigon river is nice too. Didn't managed to try magic John but will do when we visit Berlin again and definitely staying at urban loft again. Xxx

Convenient location with basic amenities

It was conveniently located from the Berlin Central train station, about 10min walk. It feels like a university dorm than a hotel. Things are kind of basic like no fridge in the room and no hair conditioner. Breakfast was quite basic too. The lighting in the room was a little dark and I got a room that was for the disabled which I didn’t like the shower curtains didn’t prevent the rest of the bathroom floor staying dry. I would stay here if I need a convenient location to the train station but otherwise a little further away (my first hotel) have better choices at the same price.

Amazing place to have a first Berliner stay! I stayed for 11 days and really enjoyed the convenience of it. Great staff and service, coffee and sparkling water at the ready, fabulous little gym, a bar with great food and drinks and a 1 mile or less walk to anything and everything in any direction. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again when I return in the winter.

Overall excellent

Excellent hotel 10 mins walk to the Berlin main train station. Overall excellent only issue is the bed is made of plastic, odd to sleep in.
