Loved the lobby area and especially appreciated that the hotel smelled nice in the lobby and near the elevators. I do not tolerate the smell of smoke so I was grateful to not smell that near the entrance. The valet staff was very helpful and accommodating. Wish the bed pillows weren’t so thick. Or if I had a choice b/w thick or thin. Also, upon opening the ironing board, it literally fell apart.
