The original person who helped me check in was excellent. I think she was a manager. However, her relief was a disaster. Cancelling one of my three reservations because of overbooking. She had zero customer service skills and made it impossible to do business with. I ended up leaving and booked a different hotel. Also, the property is falling apart and I don't think they plan on fixing anything. The jets in hot tub didn't work. Kids playing in hot tub.

Horrible for the price they charge. Outdated, old and musty smells. Hot tub was dirty, the water was cold and the jets didn't work. No pool towels were available for use. Carpet was buckled in many areas causing a tripping hazard and the carpet was duck taped in the bar area. Several burnt out lights in our room. TV remote would not work unless you were standing in front of the TV. Return air vent had at least 1/4 inch of dust. Had a balcony room, but we couldn't get the screen to slide open. Will not return.

Don’t believe the pictures.

Hallway carpet is way dirty and taped together with wrinkles all over. Several doors had marks from people trying to break in with a hammer or something. The holes in the doors were covered with tape. Hair on the bed, tv didn’t work, fridge hasn’t been cleaned, dirty soap in the shower, patio door wouldn’t lock. It was just gross. E we won’t be back.

The pictures online are a bit misleading. The hotel is very run down. The staff were nice and kind. We were on the second floor and the carpet was duck taped to patch it. A door was busted in and several doors were left open. Trashbags were left outside of doors. The outside door leading an exit only had cardboard to keep it propped open during the day. The room itself was semi clean. Someone scribbled the letter b in the closet several times. The room was quiet and it did not have carpet thank goodness. It is close to downtown, only about 8 blocks from everything so that was a plus. Overall, we would not stay here again, but the location is decent if that’s all you care about.

It was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The property is old and not well kept up. the hallway carpet was literally held together with duct tape. Dingy and frayed at the edges are good descriptors.

I really liked how friendly the staff was here during our stay. I enjoyed how walkable this hotel is to the downtown, to shops and to lots of restaurants. I would satay here again.

The shower didn’t drain so water pooled. The ac didn’t work well. I slept without blankets and was very warm and sweating through the night. The lobby was 20 degrees cooler than the room.

I checked in at 8:53pm and checked out at 9pm. Walked in to the room and found out that AC is broken. It’s 80 degrees outside. Fridge is also not working nor the TV, microwave. Furniture is old and stained/very trashy. I was offered a fan. What would it do when it’s 80 degrees outside? No managers on the weekend nor maintenance. I was speechless finding that hotel in such conditions for the $$$ I paid.

Rooms and hallways were very filthy and gross. Pool was green and hotub was frothing dirty foam. Seemed unsafe for my children to get into. Bathroom ceiling was chipping off from moisture and the fixtures were rusting out in the tub. The control knob for our room temp was missing and overall felt like a traphouse. Well over priced for lower quality then most motel 6's.

This property is in bad need of maintenance. I booked a room, and after suffering through an evening in which the room wouldn't get below 85 degrees, I was shown 3 more rooms, 2 of which had the same issue. The third was about 73 degrees, which was just barely acceptable. However, the AC system is so old it barely blows air so you can't even get a good draft to feel cooler. This was the main issue, but the hotel is also very dirty, everywhere, and the property hasn't been updated probably since it was built. Besides the condition of the property, the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. They are obviously doing the best with what they have. The city of Boise also contracts with this hotel to house the homeless, which is fine, but there is just people hanging around smoking and loitering around the front entry and parking lot at all times of the day and night that you don't get at nicer hotels. Overall it doesn't feel unsafe, just dingy and gross.

I stayed here because it was walking distance to downtown. The key didn't work and I had to exchange keys . The new one still didn't work every time. The bathroom door wouldn't close, it was stuck between the tub and the toilet.

This hotel was a great disappointment. The overall feeling was it was not very clean. The elevator was very dirty. The room was very old and in need of paint n new carpets. It was dingy.
