The first room we received had a broken heater, the staff advised we could switch rooms and get new keys at the front desk. When I told them I had a small child and could not easily accomplish this and needed a cart and keys brought to my room., they grumbled and eventually brought the new keys. My daughter being cold after leaving the pool was less than happy to switch rooms at 7pm. The next day when trying to get to our car, we waitied by the elevator (which we found out later that day was broken) to which we had to walk like a half mile to get to our vehicle/items that were in the car still. The room lamp was flickering to which I checked and the outltet behind the bed was loose and not working properly so i just used my cords in a different outlet. Overall the place was nice but staff was not very good. The one manager (blonde female) was pleasant and went the extra mile to find me allergy free cookies.

The room was nice, good food and drinks at the hotel restaurant, however, we had a lot of issues with the pool - no towels available, very crowded and dirty (like balls of hair floating by), and the hot tub was overrun with toddlers.

The room was disgustingly dirty and this was our second room we were moved once. The staff at check in I had to deal with 3 people the first person checking me was polite he was in training. They were having a special for their waterpark passes while staying there 4 for $5 it was on the waterpark website I called both the waterpark and hotel to confirm. When I got there, he had no idea what I was talking about ok. Another girl comes over so rude says it is over, another girl rude again says they never had it. I had to spend an additional $125 to go to the water park. The hotel pool was at capacity we were able to get in once they had no towels and the pool probably should’ve been at capacity. There were rude teenagers running all over the hotel. Screaming like at 1am swearing and out of control. The employee when I asked for a new room immediately told me they had none. I had to ask her to please look. And, they did. -100 I would never recommend this hotel to anyone the pictures of my room are awful and the couldn’t help me because I booked through a third party. I also left a night early it was so bad!!

It’s a very large hotel with nice and clean room but it was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Neighbors were fighting and sounded like they were doing karaoke all night and I could hear every word.(not the hotels fault) I felt like I was at a casino because groups of people were going up and down the hallways at all hours of the night. You have to pay for the breakfast which is the same stuff as any standard free hotel breakfast.
