I'm sad to report that our stay was marred by consistently poor service and unprofessional behavior throughout the hotel. During both check-in and check-out, front desk staff were more focused on their phones than assisting guests. The employee handling our checkout kept texting throughout the entire process and never once greeted us or made eye contact. This set an unwelcoming tone from the moment we arrived. Throughout our stay, we made multiple trips to our car and repeatedly encountered the same housekeeping staff member in the hallway who appeared to be on her phone texting rather than attending to her duties. We never once saw her actively cleaning during any of our passes through the corridors. Most concerning was overhearing a manager in the lobby complaining to another employee about customers being difficult. This kind of conversation should never happen within earshot of guests and reflects poorly on the establishment's leadership and culture. A hotel experience depends heavily on making guests feel welcome and valued. Unfortunately, the staff here seemed disengaged and unhappy, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. This property would benefit significantly from renewed focus on customer service training and professional standards. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience and hope management takes steps to address these serious service issues.

The front desk staff was very courteous and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. My kids loved the water park, which is in addition to the pool available to all hotel guests. The breakfast isn't included, but it was high quality and our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Overall I loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
