Water was leaking from the ceiling and dripping onto the nightstand next to the bed. Not sure whether it originated from the shower or restroom in the room above, but it was quite distressing and disgusting. Additionally, I attempted to print my boarding pass, but the printer was not working, and unfortunately the front desk was not helpful in resolving the issue.

Pros: Clean throughout. Pool was clean and heated well. Staff is attentive and accommodating. King rooms are spacious. Nice views from the river side of the building. Bar has a great vibe to it. Food was excellent but a limited menu. Cons: Not a lot of activities in its proximity.
