Very pleased with our stay at Brookwood! I opened the door to the room, and “shocker”… it looked exactly like the picture online! (Many have a room pictured online they seldom rent out that always looks new and clean. What you actually get is entirely different.) The first thing I do is pull the sheets up to make sure they are clean and check the beds for any sign of bedbugs. Spotless clean! Straight back to the bathroom…check for cleanliness; raise toilet seat, and check around the base, check corners of floor, and the tub for dirt or hair; spotless! Now the mini-frig; clean. Freezer did need defrosted- but no worries. Everything in the room was in good condition and worked as it should. The breakfast area is up on the second floor; so you do have to climb stairs if you want that. It was very good! Even the juice was good, and not watered down to make it go farther. We didn't go swimming this trip- but the pool area was again spotless clean; and the manager was out there cleaning the deck as we were leaving. These people have very high standards and maintain them. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

I would definitely book with Brookwood again. I've been to Branson many many times, and this is my new favorite place. Our air conditioning didn't work when we arrived, and they had it fixed within the hour. Great breakfast. Great dessert. Great pool. Very clean. And its right next to pirate puttputt so we could walk there. I will go back next time!

It was comfortable in most ways and utmost clean. The breakfast was good and offered many choices. The downside was we were quite a ways from the pool, breakfast was upstairs, our room was upstairs and there wasnt an elevator. This is only bad if like me you have difficulty walking. Otherwise its a solid A for a stay that is most reasonable in cost.

The smell of the room was awful!! When I asked for another room I was given an airwick. Which did not help. Front desk was rude when we asked for another towel. (I think she was asleep) The pool could have been cleaner. The beds were comfortable and the cookies and ice cream at night was a nice treat.

This is a clean, quiet property that is very adfordable. A complimentary, simple, hot breakfast offered in the mornings, with cobbler & ice cream with fresh baked cookies offered nightly. Small pool area is clean, with plenty of pool towels available. The hotel is older, but the two queen bed room was comfortable for myself, my husband, mother, and young daughter. There is no elevator at this hotel. Overall, a fantastic value with friendly service and daily housekeeping. Also, don't forget to give Lilly, the resident pup in the lobby, lots of belly rubs.

We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We slept well on the comfortable beds. The motel provided a breakfast with a variety of hot and cold foods so that we both found food choices we liked. The nightly dessert was an added bonus of tasty sweet treats. Our only difficulty was the hauling of our luggage up the steps to our third floor room (since there is no elevator), which was hard on my 63-year-old knees.

Owners take pride in their lodging and maintained our room with skill for a mid level motel. It is convenient to everything on the yellow route right off 76 highway. Beds were comfortable, refrigerator provided and bathroom was ungraded. Breakfast provided and ice cream snack after the shows in the evening. Slight downside is no elevator to second level for breakfast and microwave addition would be beneficial. I would definitely return.

Building was older and looked run down but rooms were decent and clean. My main complaint is the maid entered our room with a knock as she was unlocking the door and it was 10:15 am and check out was at 11 then proceeded to ask us if there was a problem. We just said no we were packing up getting ready to check out at 11.
