For the station, the property was very convenient but he warned - it is above a car park up two flights of stairs! Fantastic through for Brugge if arriving by train and not having to drag your case down the cobbled street. Very basic hotel room, but it’s perfect for its price so you can’t complain at that. The only thing we were not too happy with was the advertised luggage storage. We asked for this on our check out day and a lady in a back room buzzed open a door next to reception without looking at us. We went in and left our bags with the others and shut the door. As we started to head out, we didn’t feel good about this so went back to reclaim them (again, just let in without asking or checking which luggage is which). There’s a self service storage locker at the station which was under €10 euro for the entire day (for both cases) all machine controlled with a secure pin which we used for peace of mind - and even quicker collection on departure!

The price is reasonable considering the location, the shower and beds. It would have been even more comfortable if there was an electric kettle in the room.

Good for a short stay in Bruges. 2 minute walk from Train station, 10 minute walk from town centre and attractions. Rooms are small and compact but adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. Buffet breakfast is decent and an optional extra for 10 euros pp. Road behind hotel can have spaces for free parking, otherwise the public/station car park in front of the hotel has plenty of spaces for 7.50 euros a day.

We found it absolutely excellent. The room fitted out for disability was really great, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Basically one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!

It was very good value, lets be honest its an ibis budget hotel so I didn't expect the ritz. It was very clean and was exactly what I expected, very close to the centre, parking was very easy.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Room facilities below standard, clean but no telephone in room , no restaurant, no bar.just vending machine.Not entirely sure if up to safety standards, for if there was a fire.Bed was like sleeping on a wallpaper table ,width if bed was size for kids. no hairdryer in room to dry hair.Needs major renovations.

Price per quality, I will say is a bit expensive for you get. Is a very simple hotel, one step above a backpacker. But it served the purpose. Is ok for one night, but I think I´ll do two.

A great hotel for the price and next to the railway station, which was really convenient. The area immediately around the hotel is nothing special. However, it was only a 5 to 10 minute easy walk into Bruges Old Town. The room was adequate for our needs, clean and had everything we needed. However, the toilet, sink and shower all being separate was a bit of a pain. It wouldn't put us off staying at this hotel again though and we generally enjoyed staying there. We would also not hesitate to look at booking a room at the Ibis again if we return to Bruges.

Basic room as expected. Has a TV, small towels, wash basin and shower cubicle visible, toilet contained. Near the train station and bus station. Didn’t try the breakfast as not a fan of toast and pastries. Staff were very pleasantly and extremely helpful.

Great Location, Low Priced, Friendly Staff.

Was tricky finding the entrance to the hotel but once found was easy to access. Hotel had a large paid parking lot right in front which cost about €6.50 for 24 hours. Room was a bit small but clean and tidy had all necessities for a nights stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly and answered questions about the local markets and events. Very conveniently located with walking distance of about 10 mins to the centre. The main train station is just behind the hotel which connects to other cities if travelling around Belgium. Very decent for a budget hotel but might get an upgraded room next time for a bit more space to move around.

My wife and I stayed here during a recent visit to Bruges and the Christmas Market. We chose the hostel as it was near the station and convenient for our journey. Simple budget hotel that provided adequate accommodation for our stay. Clean and practical - no frills. Close to train station and supermarket. Approximately 10 minute walk to centre of Bruges which was no issue for us. Open space/park nearby. Steps to the property but a lift was available if needed. Professional staffing and communication made for a good stay. Good value.
