Basic but ideal for us. Clean room, friendly staff. Great location within easy walking distance of the city centre and right by the railway station for visits to other cities such as Mechelen, Gent, Brussels.

The room was very small and basic but for what we needed it was fine. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with the worst pillows, and the room could have been a bit cleaner. Our room also looked right onto the train station which has trains run all through the night so very noisy, would not recommend staying longer than 2-3 nights. It was a great location for getting about on foot and right next to public transport. Breakfast was also sufficient for what you needed but very basic

The room was not cleaned properly, when we checked in there was hair on top of the seats next to the bed. One of the pillows was with stains, clearly housekeeping should see that needs to be replaced. The breakfast was very poor as the staff was very distant, always inside the kitchen talking gossips instead of watching who was coming, as anyone could come without paying breakfast and have breakfast what is quite frustrate for those who have paid breakfast.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Location is topnotch just a short walk from the train station. Excellent experience. I will definitely be back with same budget hotel when in Bruges. Belgium. Thank you to the young man in front desk who goes beyond to helped me out of my needs like extra towels and hair dryer. He is an excellent staff and Ibis needs more of him.

Checked in early. Room wasn't available. We were allowed to store bags at the hotel so that we can explore Bruges. Hotel in good location. Everywhere within walking distance. The train station is next door aswell as a large public car park.

We have had the worst experience ever in this hotel. We are a family of 6 , so we booked two separate rooms. We couldn’t sleep AT ALL because the hotel didn’t provide AC because apparently that time of the year (October) they were having freezing temperatures (17C), so our room was extremely hot and had to sleep with doors open. Finally they moved us to a first floor to open -barely- a window. What made it worst , is the staff attitude , the lady at front desk really bad and poor, basically saying it was not her problem, offering breakfast for free at first , and then once she moved us , she said breakfast wasn’t an option now because she moved us. We had to sleep with window open so cero privacy. Wouldn’t stay here never again. Plus , the rooms would be ok for a couple or single person without luggage, because they are extremely small and you can barely move inside. This was the 3rd IBIS Budget where we stayed in Europe, but only here the bad experience , rest were great.

The room was very clean but extremely small. It’s basically a hole in the wall with a bed in there. It did the job but I wouldn’t say it was the most comfortable place- it’s affordable and clean and conveniently located.
