Stayed in family suite. One bed seprated by door from rest of suite was nice. Large dinning area. 2 toilets. 1 full bath, the 2nd with jusy toilet. Nice for family of 4. Area very walkable with metro statuon close by.

Great hotel with a superb breakfast buffet. Room was clean and tidy. Ideally located for the shopping areas and only a 10 minute walk to the historical centre. Metro/Tram station right outside hotel. Good choice for a city break.

“The hotel is spacious and well located, just a short walk from the train station. However, the facilities are in need of maintenance. The bathroom sink was blocked, and water leaked from the shower area during use. While the hotel appears stylish at first glance, key amenities are not well maintained. We also had to wait nearly 15 minutes before we could settle into the room.

Unfair hotel policy and management, I couldn’t come to the hotel for a reason not in my hand not my fault, there was air flight strike and no way to travel to reach the hotel, and they charge unfairly the whole amount and refused to give me a credit to rebook for another date.
