I am a Hilton Honors member and reserved a FALLSVIEW room only to find out that it was a "PARTIAL" FallsView room. True FallsView would have been ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS PER NIGHT additional. Disorganized check-in. Valet parking ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS Canadian! Housekeeping service ONLY for stays of THREE OR MORE NIGHTS. Disorganized breakfast. NEVER AGAIN!

Safe location, nice breakfast buffet, and modern amenities. The free hotel shuttle to nearby restaurants was helpful. Parking is valet only. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Our stay was wonderful and exactly what we needed and more. With appointments at Oshei and Rosewell, it was the perfect location to walk and have a central spot bewteen appointments. Only thing i would add is there were no wash cloths in the bathrooms. I could have called hospitality, but I ended up using a hand towel instead.
