All of the front desk staff were very welcoming. Special recognition to Regina, the staff that checked us in. She was amazing. The hotel's interior and the rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh.The complimentary breakfast was a great touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Large room

The room was giant! Normally if I book a room with two beds it's just the room and the beds but this was a living room, a small kitchen a huge bathroom and a bedroom! It was so roomy and cozy and clean, and I was a huge fan of the full sized refrigerator. My family and I went out to eat and we had a ton of left overs that wouldn't have fit in a mini cooler like hotel rooms normally have, this was fantastic

Staff told us to call for a ride from the shuttle and provided a number ….we called them and refused to pick us up said it was too busy area ……. If they told us they would not provide the service we would not stand out in cold for an hour very disappointed in lack of communication to their guests .
