My property contains 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom living room kitchen and service area.
we have fans cable tv wifi hair dryer full linens soaps bath towels toilet paper and many kitchen utensils.
A 10 minutes walk from the center of Monte Alto has all kinds of trades supermarket bakeries snack shops pastry shops bank 24hr etc.
The house is a 20-minute drive from Arraial do Cabo center.
At 200 passes the large beach and at 400 meters the lagoon

Não voltaria para a estadia

Primeiramente, o portão e a porta da minha estadia enferfujadas, fiquei 3 dias, e encontrei duas baratas que ja estava na casa, porque mantive a casa fechada. A estadia fica muito perto do vizinho, então qualquer barulho que faz, é notavel. A localização é boa, fica bem perto da praia, e tem padaria por perto, quadra de futsal, faltou iluminação nas ruas, mas ok. Não recomendo sinceramente.

Localização horrível - anfitrião atencioso

O apartamento que aluguei não é em Arraial, como dava a entender no anúncio. A localização é ruim e omite a péssima estrutura da rua. O bairro se assemelha a uma invasão, cheia de puxadinhos de energia. Há muita lama na rua, e é bem favelão. A escada do apartamento é muito perigosa, principalmente, para crianças. Tanto eu como meu filho nos machucamos, sem contar o risco de queda para crianças. A roupa de cama é colorida, o que não aparenta nem garante limpeza. Os travesseiros são, na verdade, almofadas. O anfitrião foi muito educado, mas minha estadia foi horrível.
