First time in le blanc cancun but been to le blanc cabo.. cabo san lucas is newer resort but with same concept . For cancun , the building is older, rooms are smaller with mist of it have no balconies . U have to be a VIP member to get into a room with balcony. Butler service is excellent as always ! Luis is our favorite butler, armando and carlos aa well did a great service ! On point and always gives you options of dining and activities. The coffee shop , melissa is the best ! She memorized our coffee as soon as we walk in , the dessert choices at coffee shop is amazing! Tge restaurants were all great ! Fausto our waiter at Blanc worked his way to make sure we get the tomahawk steak on our last day ! All i can say is always the best service and foot at le blanc ! Might be an okder resort but worth visiting! I will go back to cabo though !

This is one of the worst all inclusive there is. It is not worth it. The price should equal the luxury, it does not. They made us wait for three hours for our check in. Once checked in brown water was coming out of the shower. They moved us from rooms 3 times. The only good restaurant is Yuma. Service is average. Didn’t enjoyed my time at all.

I absolutely adored this hotel and its service! Especially the food at the Yama restaurant- actually all of them! Only two negatives- wayyy too pushy with their timeshare. They tried four times with me and my husband and I just cared to be left alone and enjoy the vacation! The other is there is no nightlife apart from nightly music and that’s all! Wish there was more entertainment. Otherwise loved the place!! Also their drinks are legit and not watered down. Absolutely phenomenal!

No matter if it was facing the lagoon or the ocean, the sky was breathtaking, and the pool had such an amazing atmosphere. I loved how the water temperature was always kept just right at any time of day—it felt so thoughtful. The cocktails were top quality, even compared to other hotels, absolutely delicious! It was such a happy time, and I can’t wait to come back again.

My friend and I stayed at Le Blanc, Los Cabos, last Thanksgiving, and could not have had a more fabulous time! When it came time for another getaway together, we decided to give the sister property, Le Blanc, Cancun a try, thinking another amazing All Adult, All-inclusive experience was in store for us. We were wrong and left upset and disappointed. There were many things we loved about our stay, but, unfortunately, the bad parts of our visit overwhelmed the good ones, giving us no alternative but to leave vowing that if Le Blanc got our business again, and it will, it will be in Cabo. In order to adequately explain our dissatisfaction, I would first begin with the fiasco of transportation to and from the resort from the airport. Despite my best efforts to communicate with the hotel and their transportation partners that my friend and I were coming in, a day apart, on different airlines, myself from Atlanta and my friend from San Francisco, it was handled poorly, coming and going, literally and figuratively speaking. It's like the right hand and the left hand have no idea what's going on. To say the transfers were an inconvenient hassle would be an understatement. We should have saved ourselves the time, effort, and frustration and just taken cabs. Next, my friend is celiac, and cannot have gluten. On many occasions, the staff was not very receptive to the special requests associated with this allergy. Lastly, we were repeatedly harassed about buying a time share.

It’s modern, beautiful, clean, safe, awesome staff. Nothing is within walking distance but most hotels in Cancun are like that, and it is a very short ride to the action.
