We stayed here in late january. Food was good, staff is fantastic, very pleasant, polite and eager to help. Beach is great, planty of space, clean. Rooms are good. Only pet peave that i personaly have is having a bathroom part of the room. The "door" to bathroom and shower are glass with just an illusion of a door. It is tinted, but no otherwise privacy. If you go at night,light in the bathroom lights up full room. Otherwise room was great, clean and fairly new.

The BEST resort in Cancun area. We’ve traveled to the area several times and picked this resort for a second time (after our stay in August) to celebrate our Babymoon. The grounds and rooms are immaculate. We highly recommend upgrading to “The Club” if you’re traveling without children. Our butler Alejandro was beyond kind and accommodating (even without asking for anything). The food is WONDERFUL. The steakhouse, Mexican restaurant, and teppanyaki grill are our favorite dinner spots. The servers Josè (steakhouse) and Felix (Mexican) were awesome and our teppanyaki grill chef (Jorge) was super fun! The buffets were always delicious and clean. Our favorite bar is the Piano Bar in the lobby. You won’t find a kinder bartender than Jonathon. We adore him! Best mango margs and passion fruit mojitos ever! We look forward to going back to see him again someday. And the spa is absolutely PERFECT! Massages were wonderful and the hydrotherapy is a nice experience. Our hydro-helper, Mariela, was such a good vibe - we were thankful to have her calm and accommodating presence for our spa morning. The beach is beautiful and huge. There is seaweed because the ocean is struggling to keep up with the impacts of humankind, but this resort does the best job at keeping it cleaned up. Lastly, shoutout to the photographer, Carlos. He captured a special moment for us. Do yourself a favor and book this resort! You will not be disappointed and it will surely become a favorite of yours, too.

Excellent resort especially the staff Krystal from guest services was exceptional she took care of us like royalty. Warm, kind, exceptional experience and anticipated our every need. Daniela and Sylvia plus the rest of the entertainment staff were wonderful young people always with a m Smile on their faces and engaging everyone to join the activities. The restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing as well the rooms were always immaculate and towels replenished daily. Last but not least was Roberto from front desk he set the tone from when we arrived and made registration a pleasure. We were sad to leave the resort today. We will return another time in future.

Pool was amazing It was 5 thumbs up all the way around. Room as clean and well Stocked. Staff was amazing Especially Krystel Pohlez she went above and beyond for the whole time we were there. Made it feel Like home. She made sure that we had everything we needed and made sure we were happy. We were given extra little treats left in the room. Fruit Strawberries with chocolate And our last night more chocolate and peanut squares. Highly recommend this resort. Weather for January is a little iffy but it was still beautiful better than Toronto with all the snow. Daniela and Silva the staff at the funmajestic were amazing. We loved our experience at Costa Mujeres! The food and entertainment were excellent. It’s such a tucked away treasure! The beaches were clean and 1min from our room. There are so many variety of food - French, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, and Argentinian! The bars had HUGE selections and were ALL inclusive! Our bartender Erik made amazing drinks for us and give great recommendations for tequila! He was so passionate about what he does that watching him making drinks was a show on its own. We definitely recommend this resort to anyone! It’s also a 20min sail to Isla Mujeres, which is a lovely island in Mexico. This was one of our excursions!

The resort is very well run. The staff is very friendly, hospitable, and offers fantastic service. Great size, great beach, great everything. The rooms are kept extremly well - if you have do-not-disturb on your room and housekeeping can't get in in the morning, they almost always come back in the afternoon so your room is kept clean and tidy every day. The restaruants and bars have great, delicious selection. Ervin was an amazing butler, and Viktor at the Soothe swim up bar was the best bartender ever.
