All of the Amenities were really great and the resort was beautiful! The staff throughout the resort was super nice, friendly and welcoming. My butler, Isaac, made my stay so much enjoyable. He checked in and out with me at the start of his shift and at the end of every night. He was able to provide me with information about restaurants and entertainment for the day which made things easier to navigate. He was super helpful, friendly, informative and was always professional. Also the house keeper did such a great job everyday with cleaning the rooms and restocking what was needed. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation.

The property is beautiful! So many bar and restaurant options. We were able to add the honeymoon package once we arrived and got to have a breakfast in our room one morning and a romantic dinner on the beach! All of the staff is incredibly nice, friendly, and fun! Our butler was Ruby, and she was amazing! We were able to message her with anything we needed and she made sure we had everything! Friendly, helpful staff anywhere you go. Rubi our butler was kind and helpful with anything we needed and always let us know what was going on for the day. The room was clean with excellent service from Conchi. The common areas were also clean with staff always making sure you were taken care of with whatever beverages or food desired. Beach was also relatively clean for it being seaweed season. Would recommend Majestic to family and friends.

Everything is great. However restaurant cooking is salty in general, technique could be improved. Too much plastic used. The entire resort is quite well kept but could use a face life. Staff is friendly. Our butler Tete, Jimmy the waiter at Mar House and our chambermaid Isabel were outstanding.

Was not a 4.5 star hotel. Very nice but not up to the same standard as other higher end luxury AI resorts. However, I would go again if the price was right. Definitely could have been a little better.

We are seasoned travellers and typically stay in luxury 5 star resorts such as Secrets and The Excellence. This resort rivals the best 5 star resorts that we have stayed at and in some respects excels. The resort's greatest strength is in their employees. They are all fluent in english and can easily carry on a conversation with you. We thoroughly enjoyed this resort and can recommend it without hesitation.
