Staff was great. a suggestion would be that all staff follows same rules and enforce them ie. - If only one towel per person then all staff should od that - Dress code not enforced at all times My only complaint is that at lunch one day i was given a glass for water and I told the waiter that the glass was dirty. He then swapped it out with a glass on another table and left it for the next guest. If I had the authority at that moment I would have fired him on the spot. We enjoyed our stay as one of the best.

There were a bunch of small things that went wrong during our stay. From inconsistent service with the room service/house keeping to not being able to make a reservation to the Kabuki hibachi experience restaurant. From the moment we arrived we were told that place is booked until we left. We had to check with the hostess daily to see if we can get seated.

We booked junior family room but got upgraded to Club! Resort is beautiful with great beach. Food was amazing too. Difference events at nights and beach and pool activities during the day. The only downside was that our room was a bit damp and had a smell to it. But that wasn’t a big deal for us anyway.

Beautiful, well-maintained grounds with plenty of seating options at both the beach and pool areas. The room itself was great; however, due to the open-concept layout, the washroom lacked privacy. There were many food options, but overall the quality and taste were below average…truly my only complaint. Exceptional staff! Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to our butler, Alber, who was wonderful.

I did not like that you don't get room keys, they give you a bracelet to wear and if it falls off, you pay them $90 for another one. Or you can not replace it and be without a key. (we had our butler waive this cause how insane) Erik was the front desk manager, he was terrible. Tried to argue over the $90 for the bracelet, stated we signed an agreement when checking-in that we agree to pay if "lost". Keyword being lost, I did not take it off and forget to put it back on, it literally fell off on day 3 (we were there for 7 days total). All we had done was go in the pool and ocean at that point. So to try and charge me $90 for something I have no other choice but to have is a scam. To not even have the option for a regular room key makes no sense. If you have an issue, I would avoid Erik if possible, he will not help or "bend" any rules for you, he's a corporate bootlicker. I would think the guest experience would outweigh a silly policy like that. Pool plays the same music everyday, if you make a request it can't have cursing (we were at the adult only pool so I don't get the issue-I asked for Bad Bunny that seemed to be fine) Pool staff was fun, played games, foam party was cool. Overall a good stay, worst part was the $90 bracelet mishap.

The property is great. I would recommend to not even look at the handrails as a few of them will fall off and yes they charge dearly for them. Otherwise the staff is great in all aspects and try hard to make your stay top notch.
