This property has some of the friendliest and well knowledged staff that I've been to and I've been to allot of all inclusives. They have plenty of dining options along with a unmentionable little 9 hike golf course. Check it out you won't be disappointed

The food was overall disappointing. I expected better from Marriott. No game room. No large scale entertainment. I booked a king bed, when I arrived they told me they had no king beds, unless I paid an extra $750 to upgrade my room.

Here’s a structured and well-written review based on your experience: We recently stayed at the Marriott All-Inclusive Cancun for three nights. While our stay was okay, there were several aspects that left us disappointed, especially considering it’s marketed as a family-friendly all-inclusive resort. One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of a proper dessert shop for kids. In the summer, all kids want is good ice cream, yet the only option available was a small shop with just three flavors, which opened at noon and closed at 9:00 PM—quite restrictive for an all-inclusive experience. Our dining experience at Casa Madre had its own issues. We ordered Merlot, and to our surprise, it was finished right after we had two glasses. Additionally, basic food items like rice and beans were unavailable as separate orders, which felt very limiting. What makes this even more disappointing is that last year, we stayed at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and the experience was significantly better. The extra money spent at Hyatt Ziva was absolutely worth it—from the variety of food options to the overall service, everything felt more premium and well-managed. To top it all off, on the last day at checkout, the hotel didn’t even have bananas for the kids—a basic travel-friendly fruit that’s always a good option for young ones. It’s shocking that an all-inclusive resort couldn’t manage to provide such a simple item. Overall, while our trip wasn’t terrible, it definitely didn’t meet expectations, an

Property, amenities, majority of staff, mostly all restaurant options on property, access to beach, room service is good. One experience really disappointed me is they would ask what are you celebrating but don't do anything about the main reason we were there for - my son's 18th birthday. And I failed to make it a birthday celebration. Rest is all great.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was generally friendly—especially the waiter Gisel who provided excellent service. that gave us an outstanding service, personal at the Mexican restaurant are good also at the diner is outstanding; However, the restaurant experience at Polynesian was disappointing from the host lady to the servers. Many of the workers seemed moody and at times rude, particularly the staff at the Polynesian restaurant and the taco stand lady near the pool she was not enjoying her job at all very rude. The food flavors also left much to be desired. On a positive note, my kids had a great time enjoying the slides. There is room for improvement, especially in customer service at the taco stand and the Polynesian restaurant. We were also charge extra because they said our room was in the street side ? I didn’t see many rooms facing the street side ??

the hotel is very pretty, the pool is nice; however, i wasnt a fan of the restaurants (though the tacos by the pool and the asian restaurant--not the hibachi--were DELICIOUS). there wasnt enough entertainment as other hotels have. they do have a small 15 minute or so show in the lobby/bar but its not as fun as other hotels where they constantly have something going on like karoake, movies, hour long shows, etc....if you're looking for a quiet retreat thats close to the clubs then this is the hotel for you. if you want something a little more lively, i'd skip it.
